What are your working hours?We are open Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm, but you can email us anytime and we'll get back to you as soon as possible!

What locations can you capture?We are based in Enfield and primarily capture properties within London. However, we also provide services in Waltham Cross and Cheshunt. We are open to capturing properties across the UK and welcome inquiries. For captures outside of London, please contact us via phone or email, and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that prices for captures outside of London may vary due to travel considerations.

What is included in your "photography+floorplan" packages?Each of our "photography+floorplan" packages includes a number of photos, ranging from exterior shots that showcase your property's curb appeal to interior captures that highlight its unique features. For instance, our "12 Photos + Floorplan" package typically consists of 2 exterior photos, 10 interior photos, and a detailed floorplan. Additionally, our included floorplans are meticulously measured using LiDAR technology and presented in an illustrated format.

How should I prep my property for a capture?To ensure the best results during the capture, we recommend decluttering and tidying up your property beforehand. Clearing surfaces, organising spaces, and removing personal items will create a clean and visually appealing environment. Additionally, maximising natural light by opening curtains or blinds and turning on lights will help create an inviting atmosphere for the photographs. What types of properties do you capture?We specialise in capturing a wide range of properties, including residential homes, apartments, commercial buildings, offices, retail spaces, and more. Our expertise covers both interior and exterior photography to showcase the unique features and characteristics of each property.

How long does a typical capture session take?The duration of a capture session depends on the size and complexity of the property. On average, a residential property may take anywhere between one hour to few hours, while larger or more intricate spaces may require more time. Feel free to send us an email, we will provide you with an estimated timeframe based on the specifics of your property.

Can you provide additional editing or retouching services for the photographs?Yes, we provide post-processing services as part of our photography packages. Basic cleanup, including color correction, profile correction, straightening, and sky replacement, is included in the package price. However, any specific retouching requests beyond the basic cleanup will be billed as an extra service. If you have additional retouching requirements, please reach out to our team, and we will be happy to provide you with more information and discuss the pricing for your specific requests.

Can you capture aerial or drone photography of the property?Currently, we do not offer aerial or drone photography services. However, we are actively working on expanding our services, and we plan to introduce aerial photography in the near future.

Do you offer virtual tours or 360-degree photography services?We take pride in offering video walkthroughs as an alternative to traditional 360-degree photography services and virtual tours. Our experience has shown that video walkthroughs are highly preferred by viewers and offer significant advantages over virtual tours, which usually feel clunky and deter viewers. With video walkthroughs, we bring your property to life, providing a seamless and engaging experience that captivates potential buyers. The dynamic presentation and fluid movement of a video walkthrough create a more immersive and captivating way to showcase your property, ensuring that viewers are thoroughly impressed and eager to explore further. Are there any restrictions or requirements for commercial properties or larger estates?For commercial properties or larger estates, specific requirements or restrictions may apply. We recommend contacting us directly to discuss your project in detail and ensure we can meet your specific needs.

What is the turnaround time for receiving the final photographs and floorplans?You can expect to receive your final photographs and floorplans within 48 hours after the capture session. We prioritise delivering high-quality visuals promptly to support your marketing efforts.

How will my assets be delivered and what is the process?After the capture we will send you a link to a private gallery where you can choose the images you would like for us to process. We will then work on the post-production, editing and finalising the photos and the illustrative floorplan. Finally, after you have processed your full payment of the capture, we will send you a link to another private gallery from which you can view and download all your final assets.

What is your cancellation policy?To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Failing to do so will result in losing your deposit, and we will retain 50 percent of the capture payment as a non-refundable retainer and terminating the capture agreement. In the event of a cancellation, we provide two options: 1. Rescheduling the capture of the property subject to availability. 2. Retaining 50 percent of the payment as a non-refundable retainer and terminating the capture agreement. We will not be held responsible for the change of the capture date and reserve the rights to cancel a capture under the following circumstances. (Our full cancellation policy can be found here).

Access IssuesEnsuring access to the property is crucial for a successful capture. It is the client's responsibility to provide timely access within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, including the provision of the correct key and the presence of the agent or tenant. If access exceeds the allotted 15 minutes, we reserve the right to cancel the capture.

Wrong Address ListedIt is essential for the client to provide accurate details at the time of booking. If the address provided is incorrect, we cannot guarantee the capture to proceed, and your booking may be subject to cancellation. Please double-check and verify the accuracy of the provided address to avoid any inconvenience.

Untidy PropertiesTo ensure the quality and consistency of our portfolio and brand image, it is essential that properties are well dressed and suitable for capture. We provide guidelines for property preparation prior to the scheduled capture. If, upon arrival, we determine that a property does not meet the required standards for marketability, we will discuss the situation with you. If the situation remains unresolved, we reserve the right to withdraw from capturing the property. Please note that any changes to the capture date or capture results due to unmarketable conditions will not be our responsibility.

No ElectricityPlease ensure that the property has electricity during the scheduled capture time. In the event of no electricity, we regretfully cannot guarantee the completion of any services. To ensure a seamless and successful capture, please make sure electricity is available to avoid any potential disruptions.

Other ContractorsTo ensure the safety of our team and to maintain the highest quality results, we strictly limit the presence of other contractors or persons during our property capture sessions. This also allows us to work efficiently and without distractions, ensuring a smooth process and exceptional outcomes. If there are additional contractors or persons present at the property during the scheduled capture, we reserve the right to cancel the session. We appreciate your cooperation in prioritizing the safety of our team and the quality of our work.

Safety ConcernsThe safety of our team is of utmost importance to us. If our team feels unsafe or identifies any hazardous conditions at the property during the scheduled capture, such as ongoing construction, exposed wires, or pests and vermin infestations, we reserve the right to cancel the capture. This is done to ensure the well-being of our team members and to maintain a secure environment.

Delays lasting up to 15 minutes after booking timeTo ensure a smooth and timely capture process, we allow for a 15-minute buffer after the scheduled booking start time. This buffer allows for any potential issues to be resolved and enables the capture to proceed as planned. However, if the delay exceeds the allocated 15 minutes, we reserve the right to either reschedule or cancel the capture.

What are the payment and refund policies for booking a capture with us?To secure your booking, we require a 50 percent deposit. Without this deposit, we cannot accept your capture request. If you decide to cancel your capture at least 24 hours in advance of your booking, you will receive a full refund. Please refer to our comprehensive Cancellation Policy for further details. Once your final payment for the capture is made, your assets will be delivered, and you will receive a link to your private gallery. We cannot issue your final images without a full payment of our services.
